MYSTERY

i’m drawn to
delight in
seduced by
seek
breathe
mystery
wherever she may dwell
love the way she shivers to life
beyond hidden eyes
photograph
in cool black and white
three long fingers
linger along
curves of chin, cheek
teasing a gentle pathway
slightly open lips
i’m rendered silent
silk perfect skin
Garbo elusive
intelligence i see
a quiet kind of beautiful
hinting duality
underneath shadows
wild whispers rise
mystery winks
recalling
Louise Brook’s beauty
to me
