Repeating the cycles of days
In multiple ways
Sprouting back and forth
As the renewed foliage
Opening the passage of life
In many layers of ages
It is I
Old inside
new outside
As I spring forth anew
To breathe forth as new
In many tiers of pages
It is I
Still I
Solving usual life’s puzzles
With distorted memories
Surfing through earthly terrain
In familiar forms of stages
For It is I
The oldest sojourner on the cosmic plane
The aged merchants on the earthly train
Repeating the cycles of days
