is the speed of dark?

I saw a rainbow today!

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: A nebulous, petroleum rainbow background. The words of the haiku sit top and centre in white Bickham Script Pro Regular font, arching over a hand-drawn eye. The eye is relatively simple, just line art, and centred over a central point in the image radiating a spectrum of colour. The spectrum becomes the pupil of the eye, wide and starring. Tiny, glowing specks, sparkles or stars, dot the background.
