Romeo and Juliet

Romeo and Juliet

written by: Shoshana Vegh

Last time
I was in the mountains
Snow was falling on the street
You walked behind me
And as morning sun rays broke
The whiteness left

No, I don’t want to be Juliet
Don’t give me the kiss of death
But now my white dress is in the closet, and I can’t breathe
I wish I were the dragon that
Breathes fire

Oh, as you are my Romeo
I want you to fight for me
And cut through the darkness with
Your sharp knife
Oh, my soul lies deep in snow
