Sunrise

Sunrise

written by: El Bovel

On those days when the sunlight
disperses rays that speak divine melodies.

When the warmth in its glow
feels like invisible hands, plucking the strings
of the skies like a guitar.

And angst wades through amniotic waters of liberation
metamorphosing into joy unspeakable.

And ravens crisscrossing the endless sea of blue above,
dispatch amelioration to unwilling mortals.

When hearts bound by fetters of irremediable desires
and unexplored feelings doused in evanescence-
seek release in the glow of its gold.
