The Day is Ever Young

The Day is Ever Young

written by: Ojo Oluwafemi Micheal

Time is unripe,
The day is ever young,
Speaks the morning a new hope,
For the workers to come out strong.

Time is unripe,
The day is ever young,
The chirping flying & walking birds are up,
The day to make awake and lively long.

Time is unripe,
The day is ever young,
Hours spent on daily exercises make the day’s trip,
And set the spirit even excitedly young.

Time is unripe
The day is ever young,
Cries for harvest the fruit ripe
Then the land for clean cultivation.

Time is unripe,
The day is ever young,
Lifetime is unripe,
The day is even long.
