Tulips

Now I think I understand
Why these tulips dance
In a couple of days they’ll be gone
their colourful dresses torn
Red, purple, white
some won’t make it through the night
But this view right now is perfect
these moments are all they have
daughter, mum, wife, teacher, loves music, poetry, art
