Dark Rooms

We’ve been through this
To revisit if
Those dark room corners
Did shimmer sun lit
Through the dog days gone
Of a summer that read
Like a pulp novel
Come over it said
Would anyone see
And wouldn’t we
Just lose our sense
Shaded awkwardly?
Had everything fell
To the carpeting
That covered here once
Would you bring that again?
Across sheet mounds
The moonlight bend
Through blinds half drawn
The door is open
