As the first rays top the pines
dew frosted fields return to life
Long shadows cast in resurrected light
linger in corners in a fight for night
Little breezes carried on fluttered wings
write fresh melodies only nature can sing
Cinder clouds burn into pale blue sky
possibility greets the great cosmic eye
