Dreams

At least one dream of mine stays the same
And seeing it I have no regrets, no shame.
There you reply to my feelings like you care,
Mutual love we for each other share.
Even I don’t think of you for weeks
You find a split in soul where my love leaks,
You capture it again and harder every time
And who can blame you for that crime?
Who can explain why my heart stays for so long
In your strong arms where I myself belong?
Who can tell me when will be the end?
When can I say: “Stopped” and don’t pretend?
