Ebony Queen
written by: Mustapha Malik Adedayo
Carved from the earth and touched by the sun,
Her skin glows warmly, where the night has won.
With every graceful step, she shows her strength,
Crowned with pride, she’s a guiding presence at length.
Her hair, a crown of night’s embrace,
Twists like stories of a bold, ancient place.
Her eyes shine bright like amber light,
Filled with wisdom that feels just right.
Her laughter dances like a joyful drum,
Echoing the songs of where she’s from.
Her voice, a rhythm, so bold and free,
A beautiful melody of ancestry.
Ebony queen, standing strong and tall,
A steady pillar where we can all call.
With love, she nurtures and leads with fire,
A powerful woman, inspiring all to aspire.
