Hail The Dictator

My plate is infested
With fungus and poverty
My glass is polluted
With fluoride and pestilence
My house is encroached
By immigrants and darkness,
Yet-
I salute the Supremo
For rescuing me
From transgressions of my enemy
Beyond borders and Faiths
And contrived insecurity.
Hail the Dictator!
I am a bureaucrat by profession and currently working in the cooperation department of Assam as Assistant Registrar of coop societies. Writing is my passion and few of my short stories and poems have been published in magazines and journals. I love traveling and reading.
