Hang
written by: David Maynard
Happy pretending
Love never ending
Heart that was pure
Worthy of mending
Clinging to hope
Tying the rope
Pleading with tears
Grabbing my throat
Kicking the chair
Gasping for air
Leaving the note
Ending despair
That part of me gone
Went out with a bang
You served me no more
I left you to hang
