How To Eat Crow
written by: Lisa Reynolds
write a poem about
pain med addiction
admit assertion,
it will never happen to me
empty vanity
of prescription bottles
nickname pills
blues – fast acting
pinks – slow release
swallow superiority
with pungent cheese
let the taste settle
