It’s My World

It’s My World

written by: Meenakshi Goswami

Do you wish to enter my World?
Do you wish to lay your hands to the key to my secrets?
Then taint your soul in my sin
Live through my personal hell
Walk some miles in my shoes…
Only then have the courage to judge me along…
You live in an alternate Universe
Your story is so very different
Yet, how mighty you act and try to change my world…

I live in my own humble world
Where I am not sliced or diced and categorised…
Yes, I can make you feel the warmth of the winter sun
And the sweet breeze of the Summer, the love of the nature…
Yes, I can let you hear the song of the rain and the mystical voice of the night…
Play the music of my dreams, my yearnings…
Dear you, this is my World, my bubble of joy, my cell of sorrow
My life, my buoyancy
And in here lies my contentment…
