How it happened, my dear Randle? – you just wanted to have some rest
But became a constant warrior in the crowded Cuckoo’s nest
How it happened, my dear friend? – you could wander all day long
The opponent crossed your path and she was terribly strong
It was hard, but you found friends – most of them mentally ill,
But your spirit, passed its test, full of joy and forceful will
You showed us how to loosen the chains, how to fight the white-worn evil
How to swallow all those pills and still stand and watch the devil
You played ball without a team and forbidden baseball game
You’ve just watched without a screen – it’s your courage and your fame
All that happened in the fog, the white sister dropped on us
Tried to break us, possess dreams, inject into our brains some fuss
I’ve lost somewhere my tomahawk, I was a chief but given a broom
I felt deaf, tiny and weak and my kingdom was so gloomed
It was Randle who just saved me, thanks to him I saw the lift
And the death I gave to him, was a miracle and my gift
