No Eye In Moon

Gatling gun blast
through a keyhole
out of the mind’s eye
mainlining, redlining
arc light, tangential
seemingly inconsequential
dead lines
head lines
bled through
to orbit a mere idea
slow it with a gaze, almost to a stall
let it settle
morphing into molecular milestones
like footprints left for light years
in the Sea of Tranquility
frozen in time
out there
this origin of motion
reflected, refracted
bent in time, quintessentially celestial
a passing thought
I like what you’re doing
what?
seeing what’s not on the page rather than what is.
