Our December

Our December

It was that snowy white day
Our bodies shivering
in the crystal frost

Careful our steps,
a chance to hold each others hands

A thick silence wafting above our words

A stinging expectation for tenderness

A velvet incidental caress
Maybe some passion traces

Inquiring our sights were crossed
like shining silver swords

Walking and dreaming

It was cold
but we felt the warmth
inside us
when our lips met

A fleeting ecstasy of a kiss
that was born and flew away
in a moment
