Resilient Shadows

Resilient Shadows

written by: Rajendra Ojha

In a garden once blooming, now touched by rain,
Lies a tale of sorrow, hidden in the pain.
A fragile butterfly, once soaring high,
Now bruised and broken, its wings can’t fly.

The stormy winds of life, they blew too strong,
Leaving scars and shadows, where joy belonged.
But deep within, a fire still burns,
A spirit resilient, eager to learn.

Like a wounded tree that stands so tall,
Its roots dig deep, embracing the fall.
Branches reach out, seeking the light,
In the darkness, a flicker, hope ignites.

With time’s gentle touch, wounds may heal,
Though the memories linger, so real.
In the midst of darkness, stars appear,
Guiding the way, soothing every tear.

Let us nurture each other like tender blooms,
Kindness and empathy, our healing rooms.
Together we’ll mend, hearts beating strong,
Turning trauma echoes into a song.
