Your return
is a shock
and an illusion
the strange vagueness
of your presence takes shape
slowly forming
familiar memories
heartbeats
of what it was
what I dreamt it to be
what it might be
a deep breath
a frown
a familiar voice
a misunderstanding
that you had forgotten me
that I had somehow ignored you
that we were drifting apart
and yet
you called me
so suddenly
your crystal clear voice
enveloped me
and I was left
speechless
laughing hysterically
the anger
the doubt
the fear
was gone
as if we were never apart
as if I was always in your heart
I am a student(MA) and a teacher with a busy schedule, but a lot of thoughts and sentiment I would like to share.
Through my works I want to capture the beauty we so often observe but don't always appreciate . I want to sketch the heart of the inner being of mankind and shed light in the different colors of love that we don't have names for.
