Spectre’s Perspective

Spectre’s Perspective

written by: Ronald B Conway

I waft
Just a breath among the granite
No flesh – bereft of substance
Marooned between my evermore
And eternity’s depth of soul.
The tedium of being
Begs for interaction.
I wait without abiding
For someone close in consciousness
That I may connect
Not for salvation
As that’s been long surrendered
Just a spark
Shock or fear it matters not
I’ll take what you can give me
