Spirit

The Spirit flew
into the Golden Sky
energy rose
a fluttering
passing by
the presence
was of one so deep
the light shone from her eyes
Beauty expressed
and inner strength
a stability of the wise
like an Angel
her presence was light
and in your heart
you sighed
“a presence has come”
To make you laugh
and know yourself
and the love that lies inside

This poem is one of lightness and wonder with the thought to be light – that is lighten up and laugh a bit more – but needing an experience from ‘beyond the physical’ to prompt the lightness and knowingness.
