Stephen

(Love Mum)

Thirteenth September nineteen seventy four when my child was bore
Twenty second of April nineteen ninety three taken away from me
In a moment that day you went Christ’s way
Carried on across till your own life lost
On the street, you were tried on the streets where you died
Was this just hate or is it really fate
Although days are long we’ll carry on
We’ll take to the fight that the world may be right
Tell us Stephen would you want to get even
‘Jesus’ did He win to take away SIN
Twenty five years on we miss you dear Son
And with patience we’ll wait at heaven’s gate.

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

The most important Poem that I have written and performed for a public that needs to listen up soon.
