Treacherous Bird

Treacherous Bird

written by: Kamran Akhtar Siddiqui

Oh my son, oh sweet son!
Be aware of this shady world,
It‘s not loyal; it’s not true,
It’s treacherous bird.
If you fly, it flies with you,
It sings your hymns galore,
But if you fail and need help,
It makes your life hell.
Trust thyself, not the world,
It’s a treacherous bird.
