What is this that I feel
yet cannot see,
I see but cannot feel.
The question asked
reply unheard.
Ephemeral philosophy –
perception of unknown design.
The wish to see that what I feel
and feel that which cannot be seen.
Synapse of the brain perhaps?
The senses,
sight, smell, taste, touch, sound.
Extrasensory, ESP?
Perplexed, confused
the query posed,
conclusion none.
Significant the quest to know.
Fandango or tomfoolery?
Life is to live
to live is life.
The mystery
unsolved remains.
