Within You/Without You
written by: Robbie Masso
I’m hopelessly lost without your voice.
My Mind destroys itself –
my stomach screams in agony.
I don’t belong attached to the ground.
I don’t feel safe inside walls.
I only feel at home with you
with your voice
looking at your face
tasting your skin
holding your vulnerability
cradled in your mind and heart.
Don’t leave me wandering without shelter.
I’ll die without your protection from life’s elements.
