Youth

Youth

Youth is a tavern’s call
Partake with the heart and the soul
Brim over the whetted lung
For we with heart belong.

Youth is fun,
tryst as the lawn,
threshold to enter portal,
Dine with the heart and the soul.

Youth is bloom and rose
Tho’ time fleets and goes,
It weaves clusters and festoon
And unfortunately it fades out soon.

Youth is experience
Open eyes, open lanes
To envision life and love;
Rejoice in the heavens above.
