Confusion

Enveloped in confusion of childhood,
Years and years of “it’s all in my head”,
Thinking if it’s all not true I must be “crazy”,
An encouraged thought in screaming silence,
Having me forever question every word that I’ve said!
I'm a mental health advocate, writing prose and poetry to release and deal with my personal manic depression. I'm a mom of 3 and I'm excited to share my work!
