Diann, a poem by Nancy Lou Henderson at Spillwords.com
Matthew Waring

Her ponytail swings, as she quickly walks down the hall.
She is bigger than life, but not very tall.

There is always a smile on her beautiful face,
and she treats all with sweet grace.

God’s purpose for her was to be a nurse to all,
so she gives her best without one stall.

Once she dressed all in white from her head to her feet,
but now she wears scrubs giving all a colorful treat.
