You're like a bird trapped in a cage
Pent up aggression with so much rage.
Someone hurt you, clipped your wings
They're holding you back from better things.

Little bird gather your might
Spread your wings, break out in flight.
Spread those beautiful wings and fly
Build yourself up, oh, so high.
