Myth

Myth

written by: Eliza Segiet

translated by: Artur Komoter

There is no longer a myth
that a woman is a home, family,
dependence on husband’s power.

There is no longer a myth
that the latter are better,
that they can do more.

The former can also
make dreams come true.

There is no longer a myth
that her place is the underground.

Women and men
are People
with free will,
with the right to decide.
