Neighborhood
written by: Jackie Chou
the sky
between you and me
my wistful eyes
looking up to
what could have been
first rain
after a drought
my heart thirsts
for your whispers
in my ears
folks
swarming the streets
after lockdown
I search for your face
in the crowd
