Review

The long-awaited review has been published.
I sent it to my two friends.
One replied that he knew its author,
because they once drank the perfume of his aged mother,
and then there was a scandal because of it,
because she had brought the bottle especially
from Paris and threatened to evict him from her apartment.
The second one said he had a friend
whose friend my reviewer was.
And this friend got his ass kicked by the reviewer
of my poetry collection,
because he started vulgarly approaching him
in the city toilet.
And this is the response I received.
All in all, quite expressive and nothing else
I couldn’t expect it.
Now I’m waiting for the next book.
And if a review comes out, I’ll definitely post it again
to my two faithful friends.
They are the only ones who know anything about literary
criticism.
