Smolder Now and Forever

Smolder Now and Forever

written by: Jeff Flesch

@FleschJeff

gazing,
and praising
the reality
you see,

while
knowing
the broken
bits of ember
are aflame
again,
reminding you
of another
place,
and time

heaving
from within,
you know,
is the best
way to

begin

living

the life
you’ve created,
even when
they
ask why

and, then?

you
do,
not
try

breathing
the freshness
of the
present moment
through
your entire being,

you awash

the broken
bits of ember,
until they
smolder,
now,
and forever
