one tiny kitchen

sprout again… In December

get them on the mend

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: A cartoon image of the view through a window. Blue sky over snowy hills scattered with snow-coated evergreens creates a background to a potted plant on a cream-coloured window sill. The words of the haiku hover in the sky over the plant in black Brush Script Std Medium font. The potted plant consists of just 3 little sprouts in a terracotta pot. Each sprout consists of a single leaf on a tiny stem, just peeking over the edge of the pot.
