The Path

The Path

I had trudged wearily along this path. Although it was a well worn path, I had never been on it before. I knew this journey of mine would have been easier to traverse if this chain wasn’t fettered to my ankle. On the other end was a sizable weight that definitely slowed me down.

I had tried removing this hindrance on my own and discovered that I was incapable of doing so.

I will never forget the day I met someone who unshackled this burden from me which freed me to become what I was intended to be.
