The Sun and The Snow

The Sun and The Snow

As the sun kissed the snow
In its warm embrace, disarmed,
It thawed! Was that divine love?
Or conceding defeat?
When one relinquishes identity,
The very essence of individuality
To let the other shine.
Melts into nothingness;
Never whine.
Oblation at Love’s altar
In annihilation attains a new entity!
The love story of sun and snow
Only the depth of the river knows!
