A Waterfall’s Confession

I had some good times
And made it through some bad
I nearly lost everything
I almost never had
I want to get out on the road
Drive from place to place
Unless you got a better idea
That might make me stay

Well, this is something that
You need to know
Sometimes I turn the corner, and I
Don’t know which way to go
This is something that I need to share
I will be at ease with life just about anywhere

It’s all what it’s
Supposed to be
It’s all going to turn out
Someway eventually

These halls are a lonely place
Is it not the way it’s got to be?
We’re roaming around in the empty space
But you found what I cannot see
We come across a place to call home
It’s somewhere along the way
Unless you got a better idea
That might make me stay

Well, this is something that
You need to know
Sometimes I turn the corner, and I
Don’t know which way to go
This is something that I need to share
I will be at ease with life just about anywhere

It’s all what it’s
Supposed to be
It’s all going to turn out
Someway eventually
