We walked right back into each others lives
See, we let each other go
I needed more time to move on, and so when I did
She walked right back in
My beautiful positive guilty conscience
I hate the fact that I still
That I still love her more than her own thoughts
Why I can’t tell her
“If I can’t have you, we can never be friends”
Well, the fear of losing her
Is complicating
However I have said the exact words to a stranger
I had known for a month
