Dark or Bright

this is dark or bright

euphoria when I see

health over medals

NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: Starry, nebulous, blue background. Just right of center, ominous, blurry dark spot pulls on the tails of nearby stars, distorting them as it feeds on their glowing essence. Filling the bottom left section of the image, one glowing, ponytailed figure throws their arms back, chest forward, confident in their power to resist the shadowy abyss. The space around them glows brightly. The words of the haiku occupy the right side of the image, lines spread more or less evenly between the top, middle, and bottom. The words are white with drop shadowing, in Caflisch Script Pro Light font. Created in Adobe Photoshop Elements.
