Somewhere
in the midst of the theatre of life
she sought shelter
to not return to the past.
She could not.
It followed her.
She could not forget
the pattering of German officers
and fear
is it today?
She hid in her
the past time
like a stone
holds onto eternity.
Była daleko
Gdzieś
pośród aktów teatru życia
szukała schronienia,
by nie wracać do przeszłości.
Nie umiała.
Ona szła za nią.
Nie mogła zapomnieć
stukotu niemieckich oficerek
i lęku
czy to już dzisiaj?
Skryła w sobie
miniony czas
jak kamień
zatrzymuje wieczność.

Rozdarta pomiędzy poezją a dramatem. Lubiąca spoglądać w chmury, ale twardo stąpająca po ziemi. Jej sercu bliska jest myśl Schopenhauera: „Zwyczajni ludzie myślą tylko o tym, jak czas spędzić, kto ma jakiś talent – jak czas wykorzystać”.
