Summer Christmas

Sweet summer Christmas:
You were never meant to be
Soft moonlight kisses:
You were but a dream in me
Your hand in mine
Our prayers now shine
A silver lining story
Your whispers brush
As waves they gush
Past peaceful mornings
How can it be
I dare not ask
I only see
Your empty mask
Our shadows
Our fears
Hidden once beyond my sight
Now a gaze
Of love
Of hope
Fills the shining Christmas light

I am a student(MA) and a teacher with a busy schedule, but a lot of thoughts and sentiment I would like to share.
Through my works I want to capture the beauty we so often observe but don't always appreciate . I want to sketch the heart of the inner being of mankind and shed light in the different colors of love that we don't have names for.
