Wander About

written by: Giovanni Fruncillo

Wander about until something
stops you in your tracks.

Look; the snow covers the slopping
Meadow and the bare trees
are shedding their years.

And in an instant,
the wind whips up out of the valley,
and your eyes close.

Smell the fresh snow,
feel the sensation of the wind
on your face and across your body.

And just wander about….
