Within The Clouds of You
written by: Emalisa Rose
monday just paraphrased sunday
but somehow, i got lost
in the transition
stuck in the echoing puddles;
the words to our flowersong
no longer decipherable
and I’m held in the mist
of our memory
and the whims of the cumulus
in remiss of my dignity and
my calico parasol
tainted and trapped
helpless wrapped
encrypt..within the clouds of you.
