For Emmi

For Emmi

written by: TeaBee

She’s alive
in the cascades of her shadows,
where her life stills;
it is captured in mirrors,
as a new identity of herself
was born among them,
one full of hope,
through a window
much clearer.

I know her beauty hides
behind her smile, and giggles,
underneath
an unconditional love to be lovely,
with a kindred soul
and an aura that ripples,
it’s too good to be true
but it is, she is

quite something –
quite lovely.
