Freestyling With The Moon

The moon sings
And I dance to its beats
The moon sings
And I remain captivated to its voice
Why, the moon, luminescent ball of mystery
Pulls my hair
And bids me to strip in the middle of the desert
And to sway and tap my feet
As much as I can!
The moon then sleeps
And I sit on the cold sand
To let the night sky’s sight
Fill my soul with its millions of fireflies
Why,
If only, if only I could fly up there
If only, if only I could see through the veil
If only, if only I could give a meaning to existence
I would have danced as long as I could
To celebrate of such an exalt!
But the moon yawns and bids me good day
The night sky shifts in a cyclic movement
As if someone was bent on playing the kaleidoscope
With my mind and my vision
And I can only allow myself
To disintegrate into the sands
To fill up the ethos of Earth
While I sleep, blissfully
Till shall come the night
When the moon shall sing again
And pull me to take a human form
To dance and tap my feet along
To its many beats!
