WHEN THE AUTUMN LEAF TURNS BLACK

WHEN THE AUTUMN LEAF TURNS BLACK

Like the fallen autumn leaves gathering different colours

You can wander

Through the streets, meads and tired greens,

Like the sun up there with a hazy sheen,

You can choose to appear with the new dawn,

Or be one with the darkness and in it drown,

Know this, my beloved

Just like the colourful leaves our love is not caged,

It will go on till infinity, trading this time with another

And with every moment, be more colourful, moving in love, a bit further.

My words forever dripping with love deep,

Till eternity, they are mine to keep.

My eyes are laden with reveries

Telling our story are memories….

My cold hands still feel the warmth of  your hands

The feeling of affection and adoration just expand,

Restless soul, flutters in the autumn breeze,

You run for a new spring, I wait for you with the trees,

Wander off, do not get caught by the winter slack,

I won’t hold you back

I promise!

Then in the cold snow flawless

And all my emotions dead

I will forget all the words you said

When the autumn leaf turns black!
