Pandemonium

Pandemonium

written by: Fotoula Reynolds

In this hurry-scurry world
I keep a seed in my right hand
I will throw it over the edge of
A hopeful mountain and wait
For a new tree to be born

A pocket full of pandemonium
Weighs heavy in the city of sighs
And a daisy-wheel of ‘he loves me-
He loves me not’ petals are torn
Apart in a whirlwind of confusion

The earth beneath our feet breathes
Mother Nature has spread her soil
Grow what you require and reap
The rewards to sustain you in life
Share what you have, comfort for all
