Change

written by: NNANE NTUBE

@nnane.ntube

The streets are littered with blood
The streets are littered with tears
The streets are littered with angry
voices

If we must change, if we must change
We must be ready to break old bones
And let new ones regenerate
If we must change...

If we must change
We must stop all acerbic quarrels
Which exacerbate the pain in our
hearts

If we must change
We must heal old wounds; like the
immune system, protect them from
infections

If we must change
We must mend our minds
With solid and valid thoughts

If we must change
We must treat one another lusciously
And get rid of old habits

If we must change...
If we must change...
