That girl you met,
chose to open her eyes to the light,
when it was easier to succumb to the darkness.

That old lady you met,
chose to smile at her son, when he beat her.

That boy you met,
preferred his hug than hers.

That man you met,
chose to run the world than ruin it.

All of us, under that big blue sky;
Which chose to hold us together,
than making us fall apart.



Writer's soul trapped in a biotechnologist's body.
Scientific analyst by profession.
Words give me solace.
